Perfect love casts out all fear

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7

This verse tells us that FEAR is an actual spirit. But God doesn't give us this spirit, therefore this spirit comes from the devil.
